It really depends on what you are trying to do. The Furminator is a good product but expensive. It removes dead hair and keeps your dog's fur clean. It isn't a brush to use every day on your dog however. It also depends on the breed you have. I have included a link below that might give you some ideas!

I agree with Lucy ... it really depends on your dog breed and what you are looking to do. Is this for grooming or just a good brushing daily? Make you decision based on that and you'll be fine. Good luck!

Yup Lucy is right. If your pet is heavy on fur then you can go for some long bristled ones else go for the general ones.

Hiii... Its totally depend on the breed of your dog. If your dog has long coat hair then you should use bristle brushes. For medium coat hair always use wire-pin brushes. Slicker brushes have fine wire bristles and are especially useful for removing mats and tangles.
