Parrots are birds with gaily and boldly colors. Parrots have even, thin plumage on their whole bodies with solid color spots, which usually contrast themselves.  The most obvious feature of all parrots is the difference between the upper and lower mandibles. They also enjoy oats very much but only unpeeled, absolutely natural oats which are very difficult to find. They are usually only seen as an addition in combined foods as a compromise variant oat kernels can be given.
